Delivery Questions



Where do I find information about the status of my parcel?

As soon as the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
You can see the current status of the delivery via this tracking link. Please understand that in the current situation we do not have any further information about the status of your delivery. In particular, packages that have already been sent cannot be redirected or recalled by us.


How can I cancel my order?

In the case you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please send an email to support@kreedo.de as soon as possible.
If your parcel is already in transit, cancellation is impossible. You can return the package to us upon arrival or alternatively refuse the receipt.

Where do I find my invoice?

You will receive your invoice together with your delivery.


Questions about Returns


What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment has been damaged in transit, please send an email to support@kreedo.de. Tell us your name and your order or invoice number and attach a photo of the damage please.


How long is the return period?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.


Can I get a voucher (label) for my return?

The customer has to take the return shipping cost. We cannot provide a return label.


How long does it take to get the refund for my purchase?

We will refund your purchase within 3 days of receiving your return.
