We specifically make this reed model for children from about 8 years of age.
It is very easy to play, as the long scrape allows the reed to vibrate freely and reduces the blowing resistance to a minimum.
Fits all modern oboes in C tuning.
This model was developed together with oboe teachers and children beginning to play the oboe. Special thanks go to Antje Lotz, oboe lecturer with a focus on early instrumental education.
The reeds should be played in over a period of about 4–6 days. During this time, they may still change a bit and may need some adjustments.
