Notice for U.S. orders (DDP – Duties Paid):
For shipments to the United States, import duties in the amount of 15 % of the goods value are automatically calculated at checkout and added to the shipping costs. The duties are prepaid by us as part of the shipping process – no customs-related fees will be charged upon delivery.
Any applicable local sales taxes, which may vary by U.S. state, are not affected by this.

To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we send all international shipments using DHL Premium Service.
Your parcel will always be placed on the next possible flight or truck and is given priority handling outside Germany as well.
Consistently climate-friendly with DHL GO GREEN
Within Germany, your shipment is already transported 100% carbon-neutral and to other countries at least in a climate-friendly manner. This is achieved through CO₂ offsetting via investments in certified climate protection projects.
Taxes and Duties
EU countries
All prices in our online shop include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) applicable in each case. The applicable rate is always the VAT rate of the country to which the goods are delivered – fully in line with current EU regulations.

If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components included. If necessary, use additional protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are protected adequately from transport damage by using suitable packaging.
Please avoid causing damage to or contamination of the goods. The above notes are **not a prerequisite** for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Delivery period for prepayment
Information on calculating the delivery date:
For payment by bank transfer (prepayment), the delivery period begins **one day after the payment order** has been placed with your bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins **one day after conclusion of the contract**.
If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery period automatically ends on the next working day.
