The Kreedo Team

Jürgen Krebs

received his first oboe lessons at the age of 12 from Leonard Pietjou (Rheinische Philharmonie) and completed his artistic studies with a major in oboe under Vojislav Miller (Frankfurt Opera) and Dieter Groth (Staatstheater Darmstadt) at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main.

Alongside his work in the company, he collaborates with numerous orchestras, participates in many premieres, and has a deep focus on early music.

From 1994 to 2020, he was also a lecturer for oboe at the Peter Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz.

He regularly shares his expertise in reed-making courses and professional development seminars, including at the Advanced Training Academy for Music Teachers in Upper Austria, the Music School Network of Tyrol, the Institute of Music Education of South Tyrol, the State Academy of Music in Hamburg, the Early Instrumental Symposium for Oboe, Clarinet, and Bassoon, and workshops organized by the Society for Oboe and Bassoon (formerly IDRS).

Christel Krebs

Franziska Krebs

successfully completed her reed maker training with us in 2017 and is responsible for the entire cane processing.
